With our holistic approach, we can offer our clients a comprehensive range of services under one roof. For more than 20 years, we have been managing retail parks and shopping centres for investors and owners, as well as numerous properties belonging to the EDEKA Group. We have a team of around 130 specialists working in our head office in Hamburg and who are based in Berlin who currently manage approximately 2,300 assets with a total rental space of more than 3.9 million square metres. Our portfolio includes retail parks, shopping centres, supermarkets, discount stores and specialist retailers.

Specialist expertise, very good market knowledge and an excellent insight into market trends – we deploy these skills in a targeted manner for the benefit of our clients. Our focus is on the needs and demands of our clients at all times. A particular focus of all the activities we design and implement is sustainability. Since 2013, we have been a member of the German Sustainable Building Council (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen - DGNB). By means of obtaining certification of construction projects for the EDEKA Group, we actively support the DGNB’s sustainability concept. We don’t just talk about it sustainability – we live it.
